underwater image in photoshop.

A friend of my sisters asked if I knew how to make an ordinary photo look as if it was taken underwater.

Ummmm no I didnt know how to do it, BUT I did google it and found a great tutorial on how to create an underwater image.The little boy was standing next to a pool, so had his goggles and floaties on.This is how it turned out, and they then had text printed onto the photo and printed them off for his 3rd birthday party invites to a pool party.
